Mr Lopez-Aparicio founder and principal at c1advisors, currently is serving as Senior Independent Advisor in the field of Private Equity, Corporate Development and Investment Banking. 

Most recently and until september 2016 he served as CEO and Board Member at LEVANTINA SOCIEDAD DE MINERALES, the  global leader in natural stone, headquartered in Spain with affiliates in Latin America, USA, Europe, Asia and MEA.

Since July 2010 has been a Board member at LEVANTINA SOCIEDAD DE MINERALES, and President of the Remuneration and Appointments committee till december 2011.

Prior to that he was CEO and Board Member at SERVICE POINT SOLUTIONS SA (SPS) a stock traded company quoted on the Spanish Mercado Continuo, under ticker symbol SPS (www.servicepoint.net), a global service provider of outsourcing solutions in Digital Reprographics, Document Management and Facilities Management. Operating in nine countries (Spain, France, Germany, UK, Belgium, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and the USA).
During his tenure as CEO Mr Lopez-Aparicio developed and executed a successful turnaround of the company (both financially and operationally), having repositioned the group as a global leader in its field and attracting a core group of investors among its shareholders. “SPS” became a success story of organic and acquisitive industry build-up.

Till late 2001 at EASTMAN KODAK COMPANY (EKCo) occupied a number of relevant global positions in industrial and consumer segments. 

As General Manager - Health Imaging (New Jersey, USA)   held the WW responsibility for   the new business development of Computed and Digital Radiography focusing on this new technology and its introduction to WW markets.

Mr Lopez-Aparicio was President & General Manager, WW Emerging Markets (London, UK)  responsible for all Kodak’s business and operations.

As a seasoned executive he gained recognition for pioneering and successfully establishing EK Co into Central and Eastern European markets after the fall of the Berlin wall. Having lived and worked in the region, developing and implementing market entry strategies and putting the organization and resources in place. This phase also included numerous JV´s and acquisitions for market penetration. Positions included President,  & General Manager of Kodak Poland and Kodak Hungary & CEE.                

His experience acquired as Director, Latin American and Asia Pacific Region for EK Co gained during the late 80´s in difficult market conditions and under extreme financial circumstances proved invaluable for his later career.

Mr Lopez-Aparicio held also a number of positions in Spain including unit Country Manager, Sales and Marketing.

A graduate in Engineering from Cologne (Germany), he attended also executive programs at Columbia, Penn State, Instituto de Empresa and Icade. Bilingual in Spanish and English.
